In addition to the default countries and regions included in Zoom Phone's long distance plan, Zoom offers calling to counties in the following categories:

Because phone calls to locations not included in the default category can be expensive, adding them must be approved by your school's CIO, who agrees to assume responsibility for any charges. To reduce the risk of fraud, Zoom advises limiting international calling options as much as possible. For a list of current prices, see Zoom Phone International Calling and SMS/MMS Rates. If you are a Zoom Phone admin who would like to add a country or region to your international calling options, please submit a service request. Please allow two weeks for a new country to be enabled.
