Create a
Normal
Change Ticket
1.“+New” dropdown gives the user the list of all types of tickets to create. Select “Change - Normal”
2.Fill out the Normal Change Form and fill out all the required (*) fields
3.Click “save” at the top of the form
4.New Change Window displays noting a Change was created successfully
5.Click on the link for “View the change you just created”
6.Verify everything in the Change Request is correct.
a.If any changes need to be made, click “Action-update”
b.Update any changes you need
7.Click “save” at the top of the form
8.If no changes are needed, click “submit”. Note your “Change ID” number
9.Enter any comments if you wish (not required) and click “save”
10.Your Change Request has now been submitted and is ready for first level approval
11.You can see (you may need to refresh) that it is ready for “1
st
Level Approval”
12.You can resend the notification to your manager if you need
