Overview
As the number of grade items and/or the number of student enrollments in a course increases, the maximum number of students that can be displayed per page on the Enter Grades screen decreases. To maintain a high level of application performance, D2L Brightspace programmatically reduces the maximum per page number and the Per Page menu may be reduced to 10 or 20 on the Enter Grades screen.
To adjust the Per Page menu number, you may do any of the following:
- Collapse grade category headings on the Enter Grades screen
- Hide (from your view) grade items or categories on the Enter Grades screen
Note: These options do not affect the students' view of their grades. They only affect your view (as an instructor) of the grade book.
