Overview

CogBooks allows for an instructor to link directly to an activity within CogBooks.

Instructions for Use

Insert a Link

  1. Within a D2L Brightspace course, click on Course Admin.
  2. Click Course Builder.
  3. Drag the CogBooks icon onto the module of your choice.Screenshot showing the Course Builder Brightspace tool. Drag the 'CB' icon to a content module.
  4. You may be asked to allow CogBooks to access your Brightspace account.  To continue, click Accept.
  5. Search for and select the course materials you want to insert.

  7. Click Confirm Activities.
  8. Navigate to the Content area of your Brightspace course to see the newly-created External Learning Tool links.

 

Grade Synchronization

Grades will be sent back from the vendor platform to Brightspace when a student has completed the activity.

Problems with the platform or its integration should be directed to CogBooks Support via email.
