When a Staff Who Has uAchieve Self-Service Access Is Also a Student

How to access your degree audit if you are staff at one institution with uAchieve Self-Service security and a student at a different instituiton.

A required security update was done late fall of 2019 to the single sign-on method in which staff and students login to the web-based applications of uAchieve (Degree Audit/Minnesota State Student Planner) with their StarID and password.

This change has made it so that staff with uAchieve security rights are seen by uAchieve as only staff. This means that because of the way security needs to be configured for our instance, they are not able to login as a student to uAchieve (Degree Audit/Minnesota State Student Planner) to view their student account at another college or university in Minnesota State where they are a student.
