Overview

EBSCO Curriculum Builder allows for an instructor to create a reading list within the D2L Brightspace Content area. Students can click on the EBSCO Curriculum Builder link to access the reading list within leaving D2L Brightspace. 

Instructions for Use

Create the Reading list

  1. Navigate to the Content tool of your D2L Brightspace course.
  2. Within a module, click Existing Activities > External Learning Tools
  3. Click EBSCO Curriculum Builder
  4. Click the newly created content topic link.
  5. Enter your search terms and click Search.
    Type your search terms and click Search.
  6. To add a result to your reading list, click Add to Reading List.
    To add a result to your reading list, click Add to Reading List.

Student View

After your reading list has been created, a student will be able to click on the External Learning Tool content topic and access the materials. 

After your reading list has been created, a student will be able to click on the External Learning Tool content topic and view the materials.

Clicking on ‘Full Text’ will display the article.
