How do I use the Pivot Interactives LTI integration within D2L Brightspace?

Overview

The Pivot Interactives LTI integration makes use of an External Learning Tool link shared to all courses. 

Pivot Interactives allows for an instructor to select a Pivot Interactives activity to insert into the D2L Brightspace course.  A student will use the LTI link to launch into Pivot Interactives. 

Instructions for Use

Insert a Link

  1. Navigate to the Brightspace Content tool.
  2. Click Existing Activities > Pivot Interactives.
  3. Select the assignment.
  4. Click Connect Assignment.
    Within the Connect Assignment modal, choose an assignment. Then click the button for Connect Assignment.
  5. Click on the newly-created content topic.

Grade Synchronization

Upon assessment, grade scores will be sent back from the vendor platform to the Brightspace grade book.
