Overview
JoVE makes use of a school-wide LTI (External Learning Tool) link, shared to all courses within the school. JoVE allows for an instructor to use the LTI link to insert deep links to JoVE resources and activities.
Instructions for Use
Insert a Link
- Navigate to the Brightspace Content tool.
- Within a module, click Existing Activities > JoVE.
- Choose a content type to insert.
- Follow the prompts to complete the configuration of the content type and insert it into the Brightspace course.
- Upon creation of the External Learning Tool content topic within Brightspace, click on the topic to review your selection.
Grade Synchronization
Upon completion of a graded activity, the student’s score from the vendor platform will be sent directly to the Brightspace grade book.
