Setting a Video as Unlisted in MediaSpace

  1. Log in to MediaSpace.
  2. From the personal drop-down menu, select My Media.
  3. Select the video’s title to access it.
  4. Under the video, select the Actions menu.
  5. Select Publish from the menu.
    The Publish option from the Actions menu.
  6. Select the Unlisted option so anyone with the link can view the content - no authentication required.
  7. Select Save. 
    Click Save after selecting the Unlisted option.
  8. Navigate to the Share tab and copy the link for distribution.
