This article provides Minnesota State employees with access to Workday training materials that support various Workday modules.

Workday Training & Information Resources

Workday training materials are available on the Workday Resources and Training Materials page of the Minnesota State Connect SharePoint website. The site includes more than 200 resources, such as guides, videos, and process documentation, to help employees learn and use Workday.

Use this Workday login screen link to access the Workday login page. You must have an active Minnesota State account with MFA set up to sign in.

Workday is a key milestone in Minnesota State's NextGen Project. For additional information about the NextGen project, visit the NextGen at Minnesota State website.
