Add course materials in Content

As an instructor, you can organize your learning materials in Content. Navigate to Content from the course navigation bar. In Content, you can upload the course schedule and syllabus, lectures, and learning materials so students can access them.  Add documents, images, media, and links to websites or course activities as topics organized using modules. Create your structure

To organize your course materials, you can create modules. To create a module:

  1. Navigate to Content from the Communication menu in the course navigation bar.
  2. Click on the Table of Contents link, then click Add a module… field.

  3. Enter the name, and press Enter.

  4. The newly created module is added to the bottom of the module list.

To upload a file

  1. Click the Upload/Create button, and select Upload Files.

  2. Select the location of the document, such as My Computer.
  3. Click Upload, select the file you want to upload, and then click Add.

To create a HTML page

  1. Click the Upload/Create button, and select Create a File.
  2. Enter a Title for the page.
  3. Enter the content for the page.
  4. Click Save and Close.

To add a link to an existing course activity

  1. Click the Existing Activities button and select the activity from the menu.
  2. The activity is added to the bottom of the list in the module, but you can move it using the six-dot icon.
