How to Create a Poll in PowerPoint

  1. Open Microsoft Forms
  2. Click on New Form
    New Form button image
     
  3. Enter a Name for the poll
  4. Click on Quick start with
    Name Form and Quick start with link displays
     
  5. Select a question type
    Question types
     
  6. Create the rest of the questions
  7. Adjust Settings
    Settings
     
  8. Open PowerPoint
  9. Create the presentation
  10. Create a new slide for the Form (Poll)
  11. Click on Add-ins

     
  12. Search for Forms

     
  13. Paste in the Form’s URL
  14. Click on Insert

     
  15. Choose between 'Present for Interactive meetings' or 'Collect response offline'

     
  16. Save the PowerPoint presentation

How to Present the Poll

  1. Open the PowerPoint file
  2. Click on Slide Show
  3. Students can participate in the poll by using the QR code or the URL on the slide
