Improvements to the Quiz attempt evaluation page
With the April 2026 release, when instructors are evaluating a student's attempt at a quiz, the page now includes an Incorrect filter that lets instructors view questions the student answered incorrectly (received less than full points for the question). Note: Written response questions are not auto-graded and do not display as 'incorrect' by default. This enhancement helps instructors more easily assess these questions, as well as find trends and decide whether updates to questions or instructional materials are needed.
Additionally, question feedback fields now display as a single line and automatically expand when instructors enter additional comments. This provides more space to review and enter feedback on the page.
