Within Yuja Panorama, individuals designated as an admin for their school have access to Reports and Course Configurations. Admins have full rights to see all data reporting and course configuration for their entire school.
New Admin Experience
In order to become a Yuja Campus Admin, it is required that you have access Yuja Panorama at least once through D2L Brightspace.
(Note: While we are exploring Panorama in sandbox courses, you may insert a LTI link to Panorama from Content to launch the platform.)
Upon first launch, you may encounter one of two scenarios:
- A message stating: "Access denied. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."
- A successful log in, but the Reports menu does not contain the 'LMS Report'.
If you encounter these scenarios, your Admin rights have not yet been granted, and you should contact your campus Brightspace admin for access, who can assign that role (below).
Assigning a School Admin
Yuja Panorama is accessed through Brightspace. As a result, the campus Brightspace admin is the designated campus individual who submits additions or removals of Yuja Panorama admins. If you are the Brightspace Admin for your campus, it is your responsibility to maintain the list of individuals who have admin access to Yuja Panorama.
- Confirm that the individual to be added has accessed Yuja Panorama. (This is done through an External Learning Tool link either in a course or in a navbar.)
- Navigate to the list of Yuja Campus Admins.
- Add or Remove an individual to the list. A modification will automatically trigger a support request to the system office team.
- The system office will grant the account admin access to your school's organization. At that point, the admin will be able to re-launch Panorama and see the appropriate items without error.
