Accessibility Report does not launch for an instructor or admin

Summary

When I select the Yuja Panorama icon, it displays only the alternative formats. I'm expecting to see a score or report. Why does this occur?

Icon Display

Within Brightspace an instructor or staff member may see the alternative format icon, but not the accessibility report icon:

  • Alternative Format icon:
    Accessibility icon: blue circle with man inside
  • Accessibility Report icons:Accessibility icons: red pentago, yellow triangle, and green hexagon.

The accessibility report icons are displayed to individuals who have an instructor or admin type of Brightspace role.  If a role should display the accessibility report icon but isn't, please submit a request to the system office Learning Technology team.

Delay in Changes

When a role change occurs within a Brightspace course, or a role has been adjusted to display a different icon, it may take up to 24 hours for it to take effect.
