Microsoft Teams Phones at the System Office

Microsoft Teams Phone is now the standard phone solution for the system office. Cisco VoIP phones are no longer offered, though a small number remain temporarily active for a few grandfathered users.

Supervisors can request phone assignments during new‑employee onboarding by selecting the phone option on the Employee Onboarding/Offboarding and Changes form, or by submitting a service request for existing employees using the Telephone and Voicemail service item.

If a phone is no longer needed, supervisors may submit a request to remove the user’s phone assignment by submitting a service request using the Telephone and Voicemail service to notify the Desktop team.
