Microsoft Teams Phone is now the standard phone solution for the system office. Cisco VoIP phones are no longer offered, though a small number remain active for grandfathered users. Supervisors who determine that an employee does not require a Teams phone may submit a service request under "Telephones and Voicemail" to notify the Desktop team. Helpful information and links for both Teams and legacy Cisco phone users are provided below.

Microsoft Teams Phone users:
