EMS (Event Management System) is the scheduling tool used across Minnesota State to manage room and resource reservations. Available spaces, reservation options, and scheduling rules vary by institution.

At the System Office, EMS currently supports:

  • Conference room reservations
  • Office and cubicle reservations
  • Checkout laptop reservations

How to Access EMS

Log in to EMS using your Minnesota State credentials: https://minnstate.bookitadmin.minnstate.edu/Default.aspx

Once logged in, you can browse available spaces, submit reservation requests, and view your upcoming bookings.
