Kaltura MediaSpace: Why am I not seeing my videos when I upload from Kaltura Capture?

Due to recent sign-in changes, you may encounter issues with Kaltura Capture—such as videos failing to upload or not appearing in your MediaSpace account. You may also see error messages in the Kaltura Capture app.

How to Resolve the Issue

To fix this, you’ll need to sign out of Kaltura Capture and relaunch it from MediaSpace to sign in with your updated account.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Open Kaltura Capture.
  2. Click Manage (under the Kaltura logo).
  3. On the left-hand side, click the Information icon (a circle with an “i”).
  4. Click Sign Out.
  5. Confirm by clicking Yes, Sign Out.

Once signed out:

  1. Go to mediaspace.minnstate.edu
  2. Click + Add New → Kaltura Capture to relaunch the app and sign in with your new account.

Important Note About Previous Recordings

Videos recorded before signing in with your new account may not be accessible in your current MediaSpace account. If you need access to those recordings, please submit a service request and ask to have them transferred to your new account.
