StarID Password Reset Guidelines for System Office Employees

A StarID password reset must be done using your state-issued computing device while connected to the system office network, either remotely via the VPN or to a docking station at a system office worksite (Wells Fargo Place, MSU-Moorhead, SCTCC). If the StarID password is changed without being connected to the system office network, you will encounter login issues. The only resolution is to physically connect your laptop to the network at one of the system office worksites.
