Overview
LinkedIn Learning is a library of educational videos and content, helpful for learning new skills or refreshing current skills. Your institution may have a license for students or employees to view these videos. If so, follow the actions below to access LinkedIn Learning.
Getting Logged In
There are a few methods for logging in to LinkedIn Learning:
If one method doesn’t work, feel free to try another.
Navigate directly to LinkedIn Learning (Office365 Credentials)
This is the most common method for signing in to LinkedIn Learning.
- Navigate to Linkedin.com/learning.
- Click Sign in in the upper right.

- Enter your institution email address.
- Campus staff/students should use their specific institution email.
- System office staff should use ‘…@minnstate.edu’ email address

Note: This page can be bookmarked for later use: https://www.linkedin.com/learning-login
- Click Continue.
- Click Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (Azure AD SAML).

- Enter your Office365 username (StarID@minnstate.edu or StarID@go.minnstate.edu).
Note: This step and the following steps may be skipped if you are already logged in to Office365.
- Click Next.
- Enter your StarID password.
- Click Sign in.
Log in through Microsoft 365
- Navigate to your Office365 portal.
- Click on the waffle menu in the upper left.
- Click All Apps.

- Scroll down to the LinkedIn Learning link and click it.
Note: It may be prefaced by an institution abbreviation such as “WSU-, MNSU-, or SO-“
