Employee Self Service is the State of Minnesota’s online portal for employees. It provides access to important employment information such as pay stubs, tax forms, benefits enrollment, training, and other HR‑related services.
This site is owned and managed by the State of Minnesota, not Minnesota State (Colleges and Universities).
All State of Minnesota employees use this portal to view and manage their personal employment information.

Your User ID is your 8‑digit State of Minnesota employee number.
