• What do the different Panorama accessibility icons mean for instructors?
  • A dark green octagon icon: Very high accessibility scores.
  • A green hexagon icon: High accessibility scores.
  • A yellow triangle icon: Medium accessibility scores.
  • A red hexagon icon: Low accessibility scores.
  • A red rounded hexagon icon: Very low accessibility scores.
  • A purple partial circle icon: The file is being processed for accessibility. 
    Note: In some cases, select the icon and reprocess the Source File to get an update. 
  • A grey prohibition icon: The alternative formats are (or the accessibility report is) not available.
    Note: Select the icon to receive more information.
    • Possibility 1: The "HTML File is Empty". Instructors can ignore this message, since the HTML field does not contain content or instructional material.
    • Possibility 2: The Alternative Formats menu opens and lists that the Accessibility Report is "unavailable". Select 'Reprocess' under the 'Text File' option. Typically, this generates an Accessibility Report. (If it doesn't, please contact us using the "Request Service" button on this page.)
