Icon Display
Within Brightspace an instructor or staff member may see the alternative format icon, but not the accessibility report icon:

The accessibility report icons are displayed to individuals who have an instructor or admin type of Brightspace role. If a role should display the accessibility report icon but isn't, please submit a request to the system office Learning Technology team.
Delay in Changes
When a role change occurs within a Brightspace course, or a role has been adjusted to display a different icon, it may take up to 24 hours for it to take effect.
