Overview
There are three types of dates available for use: start, due, and end.
- Start Date: Date the activity becomes available to students
- Due Date: Date by which students are expected to have completed the activity
- End Date: Date the access to the activity is revoked for students
It is recommended that faculty include end dates or due dates for course materials to help keep students on track for success in all your courses. Then students will get those date feeds in the course Calendar tool and in the Brightspace Pulse app for students.
When activity dates display in the course Calendar
Note: If you need to modify the dates for your course activities, you can use the Manage Dates screen to do so.
