Overview

The LinkedIn Learning LTI integration makes use of a school-wide External Learning Tool (LTI) link. 

LinkedIn Learning allows for an instructor to search for a course or video and insert it as a Content External Learning Tool topic in their D2L Brightspace course. 

Instructions for Use

Insert a Link

1. Navigate to the Brightspace Content tool.
2. Within a module, click Existing Activities > LinkedIn Learning.
3. Perform a search within LinkedIn Learning.
4. Click Add to select a course or video for insertion. When finished, click Confirm.
   
5. The page will refresh, and a new External Learning Tool topic will be inserted into your Brightspace course.
6. Click on the newly inserted topic to view.

Grade Synchronization

When a student has clicked on the LinkedIn Learning External Learning Tool link created above, and has watched the LinkedIn Learning content, a completion score will be sent back to the Brightspace grade book.

Note: In testing, the student did not have to play the entire video for a score of 100/100 to be returned.  Playing less than half of the video, prompted a score of 100/100.
