Overview
If you have a D2L Brightspace account at more than one school within Minnesota State, a tab will be displayed for each school at the top of the page. This feature is only available to an individual logging in with their StarID.
Key features
- Clicking on a school tab will bring you directly to that school.
- A notification dot will appear when you have new minibar notifications at that school.
School tabs in Brightspace Pulse
If you have a D2L Brightspace account at more than one school within Minnesota State, you will have each school listed with the Brightspace Pulse app.
Did your school tabs disappear?
Do you no longer have access to school tabs in D2L Brightspace? Are you a student at one school and an employee at a different school?
Check which account you are logged in with:
- Your student account (StarID@go.minnstate.edu) will have access to the schools associated with your student account.
- Your employee account (StarID@minnstate.edu) will have access to the schools associated with your employee account.
Add or Remove tabs in D2L Brightspace
In most cases, we can add or remove a school tab from your account in D2L Brightspace. Please contact us to request the addition or removal of a school tab.
