View unenrolled student grades from Enrollment Statistics
The Enrollment Statistics page provides a summary of course enrollments and withdrawals. If a student was unenrolled from a course, you would be able to view the student’s course grades from the Enrollment Statistics page in the Classlist tool.
- Navigate to the Classlist tool.
- In the Classlist tool, click on the Enrollment Statistics button.
- Under the Withdrawals section, you can view the students unenrolled from the course, including the following: their email, role in the course, the date of un-enrollment, and the last date the user accessed the course.
- To view more information about a student, click on the student’s drop-down menu. You can select View grades or View Attendance to view their grades or attendance until the time they withdrew or were unenrolled from the course.
- After clicking on View Grades, for example, you can view the student’s grade until the time they withdrew or were unenrolled from the course.
- You can also preview how the gradebook would have appeared to the student by using the Preview option in the student’s drop-down menu.
- Click Cancel to exit this screen and return to the Enrollment Statistics page.
Student data viewable in a course after a student is unenrolled
When the student is unenrolled from a D2L Brightspace course, some data are no longer viewable in the course, including but not limited to:
- content progress
- individual assignment submission files
- quiz attempts (submitted and in-progress)
- checklist item progress
- survey results/statistics
When the student is unenrolled from a D2L Brightspace course, some data remains viewable in the course, including but not limited to:
- discussion threads (posts and replies)
- group assignment submission files (uploaded by student)
- attendance data (entered by the instructor in the Attendance tool)
- grades from the Classlist > Enrollment Statistics page
