Information and Acceptable Use for Workday Community
By accessing Workday Community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions outlined in this Acceptable Use Policy.
Accessing Workday Community as part of your role is no different than accessing Minnesota State information systems. System Procedure 5.22.1 (https://www.minnstate.edu/board/procedure/522p1.html) details acceptable use and is tied to Board Policy 5.22 (Acceptable Use of Computers and Information Technology Resources - https://www.minnstate.edu/board/policy/522.html) and System Procedure 5.22.2 (Cellular and Mobile Computing Devices - https://www.minnstate.edu/board/procedure/522p2.html).
It is critically important to remember that when you access Workday Community, you are doing so as an employee of Minnesota State, and therefore you must avoid stating or implying that you speak on behalf of the system or use system trademarks or logos without prior authorization. Affiliation with the system does not, by itself, imply authorization to speak on behalf of the system (System Procedure 5.22.1 Subpart E).
By logging in to Workday Community, you are acknowledging that you understand and will follow board policy.
With regard to Brainstorms, Minnesota State has a single vote, and voting should only be done by designated system office Leads.
To continue with the request to create a Workday Community Account, you will be asked to check the "YES" box to indicate that you agree to this statement.
