1) The Minnesota State IT Service Desk is unable to resolve Multi Factor Authentication issues (also known as MFA, or Authenticator). Please contact your local campus IT help desk – review and follow their guidelines for submitting a request for support, as they may not be able to take phone calls. 2) Log in for D2L Brightspace, Kaltura MediaSpace, and Zoom is now using the following format. Please attempt using the new log in format before submitting a ticket or calling the Minnesota State IT Service Desk, as this may resolve your issue.* Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu - use YOUR StarID (example: ab1234cd@go.minnstate.edu)* Employees: StarID@minnstate.edu - use YOUR StarID (example: ab1234cd@minnstate.edu) * You will continue to use your StarID password in combination with the login. 3) Due to increased network volume during semester start, a StarID password reset may take longer than usual to sync with all applications. If you have already reset your password, please wait for it to eventually sync – do not reset your password again in hopes that it will force a reset.
