Kaltura MediaSpace: Upload existing media to your MediaSpace account

Overview

In your MediaSpace account, use the Upload option to upload existing media, such as video captured on a smart phone or another system. The media is stored in your Kaltura MediaSpace account for use, such as to add to your D2L Brightspace class.

Upload a media file from your computer to MediaSpace

1. Log in to MediaSpace.
2. From the Create menu, select Upload. 
3. Select Choose a file to upload, or drag and drop a file within the dotted lines from your device. 
4. Once the file has completed uploading, you may change the name, add a description, and/or add tags using the Edit option and Save the changes.
5. Once it has finished uploading, select Go to Media to review the media file.
6. Then copy the media link to share it, or embed the media within a D2L Brightspace class.
