Upload existing media to your MediaSpace account

Overview

In your MediaSpace account, use the Upload Media option to upload existing media, such as video captured on a smartphone or another system. The media is stored in your Kaltura MediaSpace account for use, such as to add to your D2L Brightspace class.

Upload a media file from your computer to MediaSpace

1. Log in to MediaSpace.
2. From the Add New menu, select Upload Media. 
3. Select Choose a file to upload, or drag and drop a file within the dotted lines from your device. 
4. Once the file has completed uploading, you may rename your upload, add a description, and/or tags.
5. Select Save. 
6. Click Go to Media to review the media file.
7. Copy the link to share it with anyone, or embed the media within a D2L Brightspace class.
