Use this service if you use assistive technology and it does not work with our website or system. If you are having trouble logging in, using your StarID, resetting a password, or getting into a service, please search for and select the appropriate login support service instead.

This service is for anyone who uses assistive technology—such as screen readers, magnifiers, voice‑to‑text tools, alternative keyboards, or TTY—and is having trouble using Minnesota State websites, online systems, or digital documents.

You can use this service to report things like:

  • A screen reader not reading a page or document
  • Missing alt text for images
  • Buttons or links that cannot be used with a keyboard
  • Videos without captions
  • Documents that are not readable with your assistive tools

This service is not for general login problems, password issues, or trouble accessing your account. Those issues should be sent to the appropriate login or access support service.
