The purpose of the Technology Purchase/Build Request is to encourage project planning and to ensure the appropriate use of Minnesota State IT resources. Use this form to request new technology, including requests for an exception to the NextGen Freeze. The information you provide assists the system office with the following:
- Determining the alignment of the proposed technology or software with the system's needs
- Identifying opportunities for integrations with ISRS, Workday, and other systems
- Estimating the costs of the proposed project or purchase
