Access to view all tickets in the Minnesota State service management tool for the specified institution (RC_ID).

IT Service Management (ITSM) Support

Report issues or request assistance with the Minnesota State Service Portal (TDClient) or the internal ITSM Client (TDNext).

Knowledge Base

Provide feedback or improvement ideas on current KB (Knowledge Base) articles, or propose article topics.
